FOUNDER

Paul has held multiple leadership roles within the global insurance market. Paul possesses holistic experience across claims, underwriting, digital distribution, data and analytics, and operations, leading market modernisation initiatives for Lloyd’s of London and Beazley Plc.

Amongst Paul’s previous roles, he has been the Head of Strategy and Innovation for a FTSE100 global insurer.

Paul advises Insurance organisations and Technology providers.

DIRECTOR

David has worked in insurance technology since 2007. During that time he was a Partner at Moore Stephens where he co-founded the pricing, underwriting and e-trading platform Rulebook. After Rulebook was sold to Verisk in 2018, David became the CCO of PE-backed solution provider VIPR where he was responsible for significant revenue growth achieved, in part, through expansion into the US market. As a Director of Folio, David advises insurance organisations, technology providers and investors.

Hélène is an award-winning and highly effective insurance leader with a proven track record in emerging technologies, innovation, operations, data and change.  Hélène has led several notable initiatives such as the Global Health Risk Facility, the Digital Risk Engineer and Insurwave for AXA XL.  Hélène has also worked for Lloyd’s of London and advises market firms on Blueprint Two adoption.  Hélène is a Non-Executive Director at EDII and the President of SENSE Consortium.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in technology and change leadership roles, predominantly in the insurance industry working with brokers, insurers, reinsurers and software suppliers. Mark specialises in helping clients to optimise people/teams, process and technology performance through effective change and transformation. He enables clients to build capabilities, confidence and commitment.

A proven and successful executive leader with over twenty years’ experience within technology and insurance with specific expertise and track record of driving accelerated growth to scale businesses. Nick has a demonstrable record and reputation for building and executing go-to-market and commercial strategies to achieve high and accelerated growth for data-driven technology solutions.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Andrew is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience driving technology and data-enabled transformations. He has gained a comprehensive understanding of core processes including underwriting, broking, claims, finance, compliance, and messaging, as well as extensive knowledge of delegated authority. Andrew designed and implemented a market-wide platform for streamlined collection, collation, and reporting of delegated authority data.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

James is a former Insurance Transformation Director and Insurtech entrepreneur. He led personal and commercial lines transformation programmes at esure and Aviva covering Claims and Underwriting alongside implementations of EIS and Guidewire.

In 2019 James launched ‘Brisk’ to bring embedded risk and insurance to the small & medium sized business market. Brisk merged with the Fintech, Certua in 2021.

Ian has over 30 years experience in delivering Change and supporting Transformation, with a focus on Insurance since 2007.

He has worked with some of the biggest organisations in Insurance and the Financial sector, most recently working at Liberty to establish a Change Management function and leading a successful Agile Transformation.
